SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic Shipping:

We use Australia Post and your order will be shipped on the following business day. Once your item has been lodged in our shipping system, you will receive a tracking number via email from us and you will be able to track your parcel at www.auspost.com.au/tracking.

International Shipping:

 We use Australia Post to send our parcels whom then partner with your local post service within your country. Once your item has been lodged in our shipping system, you will receive a tracking number via email from us and you will be able to track your parcel at www.auspost.com.au/tracking.

Under normal circumstances, you would allow 7-14 business days to receive the parcel however in these COVID times, we are unable to provide an ETA of how long it will take to arrive due to the mass delays caused by grounded planes worldwide.

International orders may be subjected to local taxes or duties and by purchasing your order you are accepting responsibility of these if they are charged to you. Ray Steels unfortunately has no control over these charges and are not liable to cover the costs of these charges on your behalf.
